Michael Jackson Interview: Plastic Surgeries Explained?

What if MJ hadn't had all the skin bleaching and plastic surgery? I wonder if he would have been drawn so much  negative attention. Maybe we would have just focused on what a great performer, singer, recording artist he was. If only he would have at least stopped in 1983. I personally think he should have stopped there. He looked great and he probably would have aged very gracefully.

In a perfect world, we wouldn't have "created" him. His father wouldn't have scarred him so. The remark MJ quotes as the main reason for all the alterations was that in 1978,(or thereabouts), a woman was asking, when she saw the Jacksons at a location I do not recall him depicting, asked, "where's little Michael?" When she saw him, Michael Jackson explained, she said in disapointment, "Oh my! What happended to him?" This is the"terrible time", discussed in the video below.

MJ, in an interview, sited this experience as the reason for the plastic surgery, once he had been pushed on the subject. As you can see in the interview below, he would have rather just left it at, purely for for professional reasons and at that, only 2 surgeries.
